terms of service To be an authorized affiliate of www.polymerclayproductions.com, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. 1. You agree to use only the banner links provided by this affiliate program, for the purpose of directing traffic and leads to Polymer Clay Production's shop. 2. You agree to accept the terms of payment, including minimum and monthly payments, as they are stated on the payment modules of the program. ($20 minimum first payout, once monthly payments at the end of the month, paypal only for international affiliates, paypal or check for U.S.A. affiliates.) 3. You agree to mediate any disagreements with Polymer Clay Productions, Inc. via email contact using polymerclaypodcast@yahoo.com. 4. You agree that the use of banner ads from this affiliate program is strictly to drive buyers to our shop for the purpose of earning you a 5% commission on any sales of physical supplies made through the shop, exclusive of shipping price. You understand that at this time, we are not giving commission payments for sales of videos, clicks, or signing up sub-affiliates, and that if and when we launch programs like this, you will accept email communications from the affiliate program. 5. You agree that for the purpose of commissions, the links used must direct buyers to www.polymerclayproductions.com/pcpcshop/, or www.polymerclayclassroom.com, as these are the only gateways for paid sales and commissions at this time. 6. You understand that linking to www.polymerclayproductions.com, our main site, will not result in commissions at this time. 7. You agree that emails made to you from the affilate program will be infrequent, made for the purpose of communication only, and will not be treated as spam.
